CONTACT YOUR FAMILY/FRIENDS
IN CASE OF SERIOUS ACCIDENT
Create ICE Contacts in your cell phone
For example: ICE MOM, ICE DAD, ICE FRIEND etc.
Emergency Responders are trained to look for ICE contacts in your cell phone and will use these to try to make contact to alert someone if you have a serious accident.
Ideally create more than one entry in case the first contact can't be reached.
