H1N1 Vaccine Appointments Now Accepted

If you don't want to stand in line to get an H1N1 vaccine, you can now make an appointment.

The Akron Health Department is offering the vaccinations at the Morley Health Center downtown. You can schedule an appointment by calling 330-375-2876, option 5, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. weekdays.

The vaccine is free and available to anyone.

Since the end of October, close to 8000 people have received H1N1 vaccinations through Akron Health Department clinics.
