Lake County: Free H1N1 clinic scheduled for Sunday

MENTOR -- The Lake County Health Department is holding an H1N1 vaccine clinic Sunday, Nov. 22.


The clinic will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Mentor Schools Fine Arts Center at 6477 Center St., Mentor, Ohio.


You must pre-register and the vaccines will be made available to high risk group people first.


Those include:

* Pregnant woman
* Household contact and caregivers for children younger than 6 months of age
* Healthcare and emergency medical personnel
* All people 6 months to 24 years of age
* Those 25-64 with health conditions

Anyone 64 years old or younger with a chronic medical condition that is homebound and in need of the H1N1 vaccine should call the Lake County H1N1 hotline at 440-918-5469 or 440-918-5470.
