Job Summary: In accordance with established programs standards, State and Federal regulations, works with children ages birth to 5. Responsibilities include: prepare and implement curriculum and age-appropriate developmental experiences; supervise children in the classroom, on field trips and applicable activities; write individual education plans; conduct age-appropriate developmental screenings; conduct parent-teacher conferences and home visits; oversee maintenance of safety, healthy classroom environment; prepare the classroom for closure during summer months, as applicable; conduct inventory of classroom equipment and supplies; promote parent involvement in the attend staff meetings, training and workshops; perform other related duties as required.

Requirements: Completion of post secondary education with a minimum of a Associate Degree (2 years) in Early Childhood Education (ECE)/Child Development and two (2) years demonstrated experience working with age-appropriate children; possession of a valid State of Ohio Driver's License and transportation; computer literacy; Summit County residency; fingerprint and background checks conducted.

Pay Rate: $12.38 per/hr, Pay Level 8 (2-year Degree in ECE/Child Development) $13.63 per/hr, Pay Level 9 (4-year Degree in ECE/Child Development) (Excellent Benefits)

Job Summary: In accordance with established program standards, State and Federal regulations, work with children ages 3 to 5. Responsibilities include: assist in/or prepare and implement curriculum and age appropriate developmental experiences; assist with supervision of children in the classroom, on field trips and applicable activities; assist with the development of the age-appropriate individual education plans; assist in preparing and maintaining children records (e.g. ongoing observations, weekly and/or monthly reports, attendance reports, etc.); assist with planning and implementing parent conferences and home visits as required; assist with maintenance of a safe and healthy classroom environment; assist with inventory of classroom equipment and supplies; assist in the promotion of parent involvement in the classroom and/or center; assist in tracking and reporting parent volunteer hours; assist with wrap-up tasks to prepare classroom for closure during summer months; attend staff meetings, training and workshop; performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: Completion of secondary education with six (6) months experience in age-appropriate teaching field. Must have or is working towards an age-appropriate center-based Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or equivalent combination's of experience and/or education; computer literacy; must have a valid State of Ohio Driver's License and transportation. Job Summary: Under general supervision and in accordance with established program standards, Local, State and Federal regulations that govern food and nutrition services, prepare, distribute, and serve daily meals and snacks to young children (infant/toddlers/preschool) based on established menus; maintain a complaint kitchen environment to achieve 100% compliance during announced and unannounced inspections; assist staff in carrying out special nutrition projects; operate and clean standard kitchen equipment, appliances and utensils; wash dishes and pans; maintain proper kitchens sanitation, food and supply storage; conduct general record keeping and maintain inventory; track and report daily meal and snacks served; prepare and submits food and milk reports and orders; receive and stock food and milk deliveries; attend staff meetings, training and workshops; performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: Completion of secondary education or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) months demonstrated experience of institutional food preparation or equivalent combinations of training and/or experience. Knowledge of food preparation methods, procedures, equipment and supplies, safety practices and preparation, record keeping and office procedures and basic nutrition concepts; computer literacy; must have a valid State of Ohio Driver's Licence and transportation. Position: Community Service Specialist

Program: Outreach/Emergency Services

Department: Social & Special Programs

Job Summary: Under general supervision and in accordance with funding source regulations and agency/program guidelines responsibilities include: conduct customer intake and eligibility determination for emergency services (i.e food, clothing, rent/mortgage assistance, vision/dental assistance and other household items) and utility assistance (i.e. Home Energy Assistance Program [HEAP] - Winter and Summer Crisis Programs and PIPP); assist with leveraging community resources to meet the needs of customers; assist with food distribution of on-site food pantry and special/seasonal food baskets: provide referrals to customers on other related agency and community services; utilize keyboard to enter information in computer files; type and/or prepare correspondences as required; collect data and prepare program reports; attend and assist with community group meetings (i.e. tenant councils, neighborhood block clubs, ets.); perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: Completion of post secondary education with an Associate Degree and a minimum of one (1) year work experience in human services organization or equivalent combinations of training and/or experience; computer aptitude (Microsoft Applications); possession of valid State of Ohio Driver's License and transportation. Pay rate: $11.56 Per Hour (Pay Level 7, Hire Rate)

Requirements: Completion of secondary education and one (1) year demonstrated experience working in social service, human services or community action programs, or equivalent combinations of training and experience; computer literacy; possession of a valid State of Ohio Driver's License and transportation; Summit County residency.
