Keep Those Germs Away

OCTOBER 15th is
GLOBAL HAND WASHING DAY!

Hand washing is a great line of defense against germs
The CDC recommends washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds - or the time it takes to sign the birthday song from beginning to end twice. If soap and water are not available use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

FLU SEASON IS HERE AGAIN!

Make sure to get your flu shot
The flu is caused by a virus. It is very contagious and even healthy people can get sick enough to miss a lot of work and school from the flu. The flu vaccine is safe and they have been given to hundreds of millions of people for over 50 years.
