*Applicants will be given a number upon arrival. Only 200 numbers will be distributed for assistance on Thursday, May 30th. If you arrive after all 200 numbers have been distributed, you may call 330.643.2068 to obtain future Fuel Fund Grant Program intake dates.

Eligible customers may receive a grant up to their delinquent balance not exceeding $300.

To be eligible:

• Household income must be at or below 200% of federal poverty guideline
• Applicants must have applied for HEAP before applying for this grant
• Applicants must have made a good faith payment on the account in last 90 days (excluding HEAP payments)
• Applicants CANNOT have received Fuel Fund Assistance in the last 12 months
• City of Cuyahoga Falls utilities customers are not covered in this program

You MUST bring the following in order to get a number in line:

1. Photo ID
2. Social Security Card
3. Most recent delinquent electric bill or termination notice
4. Proof of income for ALL individuals in home for last 30 days
5. Proof of good faith payment in last 90 days
6. Person applying for assistance on May 30th must have their name on the bill
