Please remember to bring the following to your appointment:

1. Photo ID for yourself, and also your spouse if filing jointly.
2. Social Security card (not just the number) for everyone on the return, or SSA letter, OR Form SSA-1099
3. Last year’s tax return.
4. Any tax related financial documents you received for the 2012 tax year.
