Sausage Recall Due To Possible Plastic Contamination

Health authorities are recalling a sausage sold in several states, including Ohio, because of possible plastic contamination.

The recall is for 12-ounce packages of Applegate Farms Certified Organic Fire Roasted Red Pepper Fully Cooked Chicken and Turkey Sausage.It has a “use by” date of Feb. 28. Customers can call its manufacturer at 1-800-587-5858.
