ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVES

Sterling Jewelers is looking for new employees to join our Credit Department. We are actively seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals for the following:

COLLECTIONS

These positions are responsible for collecting (via inbound and outbound telephone calls) from customers who are delinquent on their accounts. It is important to promote positive customer relations, provide quality service and assist customers by providing solutions to delinquency problems.

Ideal candidates will enjoy a fast paced, competitive environment and MUST be available to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends.

Individuals must have:
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• High comfort-level talking on the phone throughout their shift

Successful applicants will earn a competitive hourly wage along with monthly bonus potential and various additional monetary & prize incentives.
