Summit County Health Department will be taking appointments for individuals between the ages of 6 months and 64 years who are medically fragile, have
special health care needs or are pregnant and cannot attend a public clinic.
Examples of eligible conditions:
Unable to stand in line for long periods of time due to chronic medical or behavioral conditions (such as autism, conduct disorder)
Instructed by a physician to avoid prolonged exposure to large crowds
Immuno-compromised
Cerebral palsy
Muscular dystrophy
Cancer
Cystic fibrosis
Portable oxygen
