The Fairlawn City Women's Club will host its Hobby & Spepcial Interest Auction, Friday, November 6, at the Fairlawn-Kiwanis Community Center (3486 S. Smith Road). Coffee & Rolls will be served at 9:30am, followed by the Auction at 10am. Proceeds benefit the Copley-Fairlawn City Schools Scholarship program.

The DAV Mobile Service Office will be at the South East Harley-Davidson Sales Company (23105 Aurora Rd. in Bedford Heights) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on November 7th, to personally provide the best counseling and claim filing assistance available. This event is part of the nationwide Harleys Heroes tour and is free to all veterans and members of their families. Free Train Ride for Veterans Rockside Station
Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad (CVSR) announces a FREE train ride to honor veterans and their families on Wednesday, November 11. The train will depart from Rockside Station (7900 Old Rockside Rd. in Independence) at 1 p.m. for a three-hour excursion to Akron and back. Community Shred-It Day Express Auto Center, Kenmore
Kenmore Kiwanis is sponsoring a free, secure, on-site document shredding event on Saturday, November 21, at the Express Auto Center (933 Kenmore Blvd.)...staples, paperclips and rubber bands, are okay.
