The Salvation Army assists those in need during the holidays. If you are not able to provide for yourself or your family due to economic or social issues, and are in need of assistance, please read the following required information and note the Sign Up dates below

Everyone MUST have the following:

Photo Id (one of the following):
Valid License with Social Security Number
State ID

Proof of Income (Everthing below that applies to you):

Pay Stubs (last 30 days)
ODJFS Print Out
Child Support Papers
SSI/SSD Letters
Worker's Comp Statement
Rent Subsidy/Utility Allowance Stubs

Proof of All Bills (minimum of 3 of the following):

Lease/Mortgage Papers
Utilities
Car Payment
Insurance
Child Care

Proof of ALL Children in the Household (Must have one of the following):

Social Security Cards
Print out from ODJFS with all Social Security Numbers
Proof of the other Adults in the Household (Must have one of the following):
Picture ID
Social Security Card
