The City of Akron, Summit County, City of Barberton, and the Akron/Summit County Continuum of Care are please to announce the second annual Project Homeless Connect will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2009. This event is a communitywide effort to bring service providers together in one location to highlight the many types of assistance available to those experiencing homelessness and to deliver real time aid to those in need.
PHC is a one-day, one-stop event desdigned to provide access to housing and services for people experiencing homelessness. There will be over 50 agencies participating in providing services.
When: Tuesday, April 28, 2009
Where: The Chapel, 135 Fir Hill, Akron, Ohio
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Dental Care
Legal Assistance
Mammogram Sreenings
HIV/AIDS Testing
Prostate Cancer Testing
Job Placement Services
Housing Placement Applications
Clothing
Meals
Hair Cuts
and many more
