Insurance Company Bringing Life to Local Economy

Liberty National Life Insurance Co., which sells life and supplemental insurance, will open a regional office in Stark County this year. The company is expected to hire around 100 new employees.

The Canton Repository reports that Liberty will be hiring both consultants and managers for the new office. There will be about 85 consultant and 10 to 15 unit manager positions open.

On wednesday, Liberty will hold a job fair in search of qualified local candidates. The commission-based jobs require no experience or college degree. Liberty will also train all new employees, who will then be poised to make up to $80,000 a year.

The jpob fair will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott in Jackson Township from 1 to 5 pm on Wednesday, January 7. The fair will include two information sessions; one at 1:00 and the other at 3:00. Appplications will be accepted all day.
